Abstract

Food culture accumulates and passes through from generation to generation fo r ages. We have common background with our eastern neighbor Iran regarding history, language, religion and tradition, ete... There are vvidespread similarities between the two cuisines. Foods like aş (food), stuffed vegetables, kebab and köfte have similar names and taste more or less alike in the two culiures.
