Today, the prevelance of obesity increases rapidly fo r all the age groups in over the world. Epidemiological and clinical studies suggest that regular physical activity is critical fo r care o f health and weight gain prevention and indicate that necessary of 45 to 60 min daily regular physical activity.The clinical studies also show that more than physical activity interventions alone, combining physical activity with dietary interventions increases the chance o f success, (e.g., 200 to 300 min or more weekly physical activity). To maintain weight-loss, high levels o f physical activity (e.g 40 to 90 min daily) is needed. For the management of weight and health across the lifespan, physical activity should be government policity and thus should give effort to do physical activity a part o f daily life.
