Effect Of Total Denture On The Taste Acuıty

Abstract

This study vvas carried out to determine if there was any change in the taste acuity of the subjects used total denture. Four different solutions ineluding different substances was prepared. The solutions was applied before and just one week and one month after denture. At the beginning of the study, four taste acuity of all subjects were increased, after one week and one month on y bitter and sour taste acuity levels were increased. Svveet and salty taste acuity levels were not affected.
