Abstract

It is known that fat distribution rather than overall fatness is an indicator of risk factor for cardiovascular disease, stroke, and noninsulindependent diabetes mellitus in women. This rescarch had been conducted on 503 adult vvomen and 400 men. Circumference measures provide a more valid method of'estimating body fat. For that reason in our study circumference measures were used.
