Abstract

This study has been carried out to determine the pekmez (grape juice molasses) consumption Jn this study 300 students, 190 adıılts and 200 pregnant women who were selected randomly vvere questioned.Sixty one point six % of the students, 66.3 % of the adults and 53.5 % of the pregnant vvomen have been consumitıg pekmez Jt was foıınd that the differetıces in the percentages of pekmez consumption in each group and the differetıces in the amount of consumption vvere not statistıcally significant (p>0.05).
