Abstract

"'European Social Convention” assess every employee should have secure and healthy working condition. Especially in industry, working groups encounter with work accidents and occupational diseases as o f most important risks. Among the measurements held in order to decrease theese risks, sufficient and balanced nutrition o f the employee takes important place. Worksite physician, trade union and the employer are under serious responsibilities as of the three sides of the matter. This matter is beyond being only workers’ problem. Because, national economy is facing with untolerable deficits at the macro scale. For this reason, it is desperate that worksite physicians should have lenough knowledge, skills and interest related to this subject. This article has been written down for this purpose. Related literature has been reviewed and the education and training o f target population has been aimed.
