Obesity is increasing every day according to the data of the World Health Organisation. Based on body mass index, 40% of women worldwide are classified as overweight and 15% as obese. Bariatric surgery is accepted as a reliable treatment approach for obesity. The incidence of obesity-related comorbidities in pregnancy was found to be lower in pregnancies following bariatric surgery compared to other pregnancies. Single anostomosis sleeve ileal (SASI) bypass operation is a type of bariatric surgery that has been performed since 2012 and is considered to be relatively safe in the literature. Studies on SASI Bypass have not gained sufficient reliability and we have not found any study conducted with pregnant women who underwent this operation. In this case report, the nutritional status of a woman who was pregnant at the postoperative 13th month after SASI Bypass operation was evaluated and the importance of the follow-up by a dietician was discussed.
